All equipment requiring a permanent connection to a Distribution Board must be installed and commissioned by an authorised UPS Warehouse installer and the warranty will be void if this condition is not strictly adhered to.
The warranty does not cover any defect caused by any accident, abuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, loss of parts, tampering or attempted repair by any person not authorised by UPS Warehouse
Risk of electric shock, hazardous live parts inside the equipment are energised from the battery supply, even when the AC input power is disconnected. To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock ensure that this equipment is installed in a temperature and humidity controlled environment that is free of conductive contaminants.
It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to determine that the goods or services ordered are suitable for the intended purpose.
All goods remain the property of UPS Warehouse until UPS Warehouse has received payment in full.
The risk of damage or destruction of the goods passes to the Customer on delivery of the goods.
Any discrepancies or failures of the goods supplied on this invoice must be reported to UPS Warehouse within 48 hours of receipt, failing which it is accepted that the order has been satisfactorily executed.
Any correctly supplied goods that are returned within 48 hours of dispatch by UPS Warehouse will attract a 10% handling fee.
No returns will be accepted after one week of receipt by the customer.
All faulty assemblies, components and batteries replaced during repairs become the property of UPS Warehouse.
Online exclusive deals are not refundable but may be replaced within a 12 month period at the sole discretion of the company.
On all hardwired units, we require a C.O.C ( Certificate Of Compliance ) within five ( 5 ) days of purchase.
